Sunday morning worship service begins at 10:00 AM and includes both contemporary music and traditional style hymns. Our worship service is followed by a coffee hour in Fellowship Hall. We celebrate Communion the first Sunday of the month. In addition to Sunday morning worship, there are services during Advent and Lent, as well as other special worship opportunities during the year. We are committed to be a church for all people. Together, and in Christ, we celebrate the rich diversity of God’s creation. Visitors are always welcome at Pilgrim Congregational Church.
Events in January and February 2019
MOVIE NIGHT IS BACK! Movie night is returning to Pilgrim Congregational Church, located at 45 Broadway (next to the Bristol County Savings Bank) in Taunton! “End of the Spear” will be shown at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 19th. “End of the Spear” is the story of Miccayani, a Waodani tribesman from the Jungles of Ecuador. When five young missionaries are speared to death by the Waodani in 1956, a series of events unfold to change the lives of not only the slain missionaries’ families, but also Mincayani and his people. Admission, popcorn and parking are always FREE! Please come join us for the film and some fellowship.
The Mid-City Program will take place on Sunday, January 20th starting at 11:30 a.m. immediately following our worship service. We can always use more help serving lunch and providing fellowship to local residents.
